Refunds & Returns

Your item must be in its original packaging and in an unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
Refunds will be credited to the original credit card or PayPal account.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, (It is faulty or not as advertised) you can return your order to us for a full refund (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging).
Once your return is received and its contents verified (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.
We do not refund the original shipping and handling fees


• If your purchased item is in like new condition, you may exchange your purchased item for a different product. You will still have to pay any applicable return shipping.
• If you have changed your mind, we do not offer a refund, we will exchange it for something similar of your choice. However, please be aware that return shipping will be at your cost.

Postage & Insurance

Any purchases over $250NZD will attract a $10 insurance fee – this is to ensure that your purchase is insured in case of loss or damage while in transit to you. This $10 insurance fee will cover your purchase up to $1500 NZD. Any parcel costing under $250NZD has automatic insurance.
Please note that goods sent to some countries (e.g. Canada, Europe, and the UK) may incur VAT and or customs duties. These charges are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the customer.
